Rare steak and softly scrambled eggs
Here’s a helpful tip:
Heat a lightly oiled pan on low and pour in the beaten eggs. Continuously stir and fold with a wooden spatula. When the eggs look mostly set, turn off the heat, add a pat of butter, and keep stirring until the eggs are cooked through. They should be soft, fluffy, and creamy!
*This dish would be suitable for pure protein days on the Dukan Diet if you omit the use of butter!
